We ship all orders from our fulfillment center located in the province of Quebec. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

During high volume periods such as before and after Christmas, New Years, and during holiday sales events, orders can take additional time to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
