Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs

We know you want your new gear fast and we are working hard to get your order in your hands. The delivery and arrival timing of your order is dependent on your location. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center located in the province of Quebec. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

During high volume periods such as before and after Christmas, New Years, and during holiday sales events, orders can take additional time to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Freight charges:

• $100 or more: Free shipping
• AB/BC/NT/YT/NU : $20.00
• MB/SK/NB/NS/NL/PE : $17.50
• ON/QC : $10.00

PO Boxes

We regret, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are unable to ship to PO Box. We are working on making this an option, but currently we are not able to offer this service.

Shipping Outside Canada

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and provincial holidays within Canada.
• The billing for items purchased with a credit card are secured upon order processing in full.
